About Me

I am and have always been completely passionate about all things food. People's reaction to a plate of delicious, beautiful food is something that will never cease to put a smile on my face. For these reasons, after studying French and Spanish at the University of Bath in 2012, I trained as a Cordon Bleu chef.

I now work as a freelance private chef, cooking in private homes for holidays, shoots, dinner parties, lunches to name but a few. In just under 6 years, I have been lucky enough to work in a number of beautiful and inspiring locations, for some incredible clients. On top of this, I have had the opportunity to make the most of the freshest, seasonal and local produce available, creating bespoke menus for every event.

I also have a passion for writing and styling food, which is how my blog was born. I have written for a number of national publications and have worked as the primary food stylist for a number of campaigns for Taste of London, Orion and Gizzi Erskine, to name but a few. I have also worked alongside notable food stylists on shoots for Waitrose, M&S, Tesco and many others.

My food is wholesome, stripped back cooking, no gimmicks but refined, focusing on seasonality, big flavours, colours and taste. Each menu is tailored to the wishes of the client, ensuring that their event is as special as possible.

This website is a scrapbook of a bit of everything, my recipes, restaurants and ideas that inspire me, and that I hope will inspire you too...
